Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT).

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Fulfillment Location

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California, USA.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods.
5. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Orders over $199 (within the U.S.).

Flat Rate Shipping: $7.99 for orders under $199.

No hidden handling fees — the shipping cost displayed at checkout is final.
6. International Shipping & Customs
Currently, we do not ship internationally.
(If international shipping becomes available in the future: Customers will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country of delivery.)
7. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to follow your delivery in real time.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Items: Report any damage within 5 days of delivery with clear photos.

9. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

Address Changes: Contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, changes may not be possible.

Cancellations: Orders not yet processed or shipped can be canceled for a full refund. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
