Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Shoe Palace, operated by Endrskor LLC. We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, exchange, or cancellation, this policy explains your options and our requirements.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Be in new, unused, and unwashed condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and labels.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or customer damage.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us First: Email contact@theshoepalace.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization (RA): We will review your request and, if eligible, provide instructions and an RA number.

  3. Ship the Item: Carefully repackage and ship to our return address:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • For defective/incorrect items, we will issue a prepaid return label.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Restocking Fees

  • Standard Returns: A $6.99 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Footwear Returns: A $15.00 restocking fee applies.

These fees are charged to cover inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@theshoepalace.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. For the fastest service:

  • Return the original item for a refund (minus any applicable restocking fee).

  • Place a new order for your desired size, color, or style.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 8–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

7. Order Cancellations

  • If you cancel before shipping, a $15 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. You may still return the item once received (subject to the return conditions and fees above).

8. International Orders

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If international shipping is introduced in the future, returns from outside the U.S. may be subject to different consumer laws, including rules on restocking and cancellation fees.
