Shipping Information We process all orders within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday), and delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after processing, for a total of 9–19 business days from the time you place your order. Shipping is free within the U.S. on orders over $199, while a flat fee of $7.99 applies to orders under $199. All shipments are handled by trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS, and every order includes tracking for your convenience. Currently, we ship only within the United States. Returns & Refunds We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are new, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, customers must first contact us at contact@theshoepalace.com to receive return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Authorization number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error, in which case we provide a prepaid return label. Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance, as well as used or damaged products, are not eligible for return. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us right away with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after inspection and issued to the original payment method.
